Mr. Zouhir Regragui Mazili is a board member of Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A. (GAC) and also served as a Chief Financial Officer (Finance, IT & Strategy) at EGA.
He joined EGA in May 2013 to lead the post-merger integration of DUBAL and EMAL leading to the creation of EGA, and in 2014, he became Senior Vice President Strategy, Corporate Development & Capital Markets. In 2019 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Regragui was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked extensively with both DUBAL and EMAL on a range of topics including strategy, organisation and operations. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, he was a consultant with Mercer Investment Consulting.
Mr. Regragui holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
