Tatiana Korneyko is the Senior Manager of Human Capital at GAC, a position she has held since November 2022. She brings with her more than 17 years' experience in human resources management acquired through several major international companies, including Nordgold and VINCI.

Her experience in Guinea, where she served for four years as Human Resources Director in a mining company before joining GAC, gives her a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and the local context.

Before joining GAC, Ms Korneyko worked in the management of complex assignments and projects in the field of human resources. She also contributed to the implementation of effective HR programmes and processes in line with the company's strategy; her expertise also lies in advising managers on human resources policies, procedures, and programmes.

Ms Korneyko holds a PhD in Political Science from Moscow State University in Russia.
