Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A. (GAC) announced today that it has paid 20.1 billion Guinean francs to the Boké Local Economic Development Fund (FODEL) for the year 2023.

Kamsar, 30 April 2024 --- Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A. (GAC) announced today that it has paid 20.1 billion Guinean francs to the Boké Local Economic Development Fund (FODEL) for the year 2023. FODEL is a development fund financed by the Local Development Contribution of each mining operation permit holder.

This payment underscores GAC’s unwavering dedication to the welfare of local communities and the sustainable development of the Boké region.
