GAC announces New CEO

Kamsar, Tuesday 30 July 2019 --- Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC) Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Daniel Cornel Pop as Acting Chief Executive Officer.

“Daniel has been Chief Operations Officer of GAC since 2017, leading the work to prepare the company for operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from University of Petrosani, Romania, an MBA from the Deakin University Australia, an Australian Mine Manager’s Certificate, and is a member of Engineers Australia.
